Cell Phone Speaker

Here is how to connect a miniature speaker from a discarded cell phone to a breadboard.

The speaker has a plastic diaphram on one side and spring connectors on the other.
Use a vice to hold the speaker. Tin the spring connecters, two solid wire leads, and solder quickly so as not to meld anything inside the speaker.
Use hot melt glue to hold the wires to the speaker frame so that wiggles don't transmit throught to the connectors.
